5s with 8.0.2 stops charging at midnight

I don't know if this issue has been reported before, and it looks is not happening every time, but I've been finding my iPhone at 80ish percent of charge early morning, when I unplug it from the wall. Is that a known issue? Is it ios or maybe charger related?

Charger or cable related I would think. Can you swap one at a time out with spares?

5s charges fully to 100% every time. As the poster above said, could be cable or power pack related.

Yeah, I have a couple of spares. So I'll do my tests and report back.
