Yup, I did the same thing. Called the same store five times. Spoke to five different reps. Got five different replies:

1. Yes
2. Of course
3. Very unlikely
4. No
5. No idea

They're just fu**in w/ us... They don't know either.
 
Store employees don't know anything in advance. We know more.

I won a bet in April because a customer heard me explaining something to my friend and wanted my advice (knowing I wasn't an employee) and I told her to wait because the MacBook Pros were being refreshed the next day. An employee interrupted me to tell the customer that I was wrong and "confirmed" with a supervisor that I was wrong. The customer believed me and I was right.

So, long story... still long... pay no attention to the employees!
 
What a useless sentence, "SHOULD" be available.
