5W vs 10W or Greater Adapter

I have a 5W and 10W charging adapter. Does the watch accept a faster charge as the iPhone will? In other words will it charge faster with the 10W?

I’ve not seen anyone say it can charge faster, on any version of the Apple Watch.

I think most people charge it overnight so charge time isn’t too important. Apple quote 90 minutes for 0-80%.
