6.0.2 Verizon iphone 5 update question

I just updated my iPhone 5 Verizon to the 6.0.2 update and i noticed i have circular arrows that have been spinning for a while at the top of my screen next to the wifi indicator. I'm unsure what this means?

does the icon look like the one below? thats a sync icon. its probably syncing to icloud over wifi.

Yes that was it. Actually i was connected to iTunes and it was syncing in the background. Thank you.
