I've been trying to restore my jailbroken iPhone from 6.0.3 to 6.14 to prepare it for 7.0. I've tried the restore mode and now its stuck in an endless recovery mode. I've tried DFU and the same thing happens either errors -1,3013 or 3194. I've tried deleting the host file entry. I don't know if its because the apple servers are getting slammed but I don't know if I should wait it out or goto the apple store.

Ok I went to the Apple store, since they can't do anything either today since the servers are getting hammered and they are having carrier activation issues they said if I have the same issue after a couple of days they would replace the phone.

I believe you cannot go to 6.1.4 now as iOS 7 is out, either stay on 6.0.3 or Upgrade to iOS 7

Thank You

Earlier today it was still pushing 6.1.4 to my phone, then after a while it started the 7 download now it upgraded the restore animation graphics to ios7 but it still wont finish the restore/update.

Ok I was able to get it to work. I tried to restore it using the ios 7.0 ipsw on OSX this time and it worked in dfu mode!
