It's not what OP has made it out to be.

It's nothing more than an untether for the existing JB on A4 and lower devices. Nothing for A5 upwards (...yet).

I asked snow a while ago and he told me he would get around to it before 2014. He doesn't want to release something with bugs that would cause people to restore.
