6.1.3 update brakes video rotation

On my iPhone 4S, my videos no longer rotate horizontally and remain vertical when I play an embedded video from safari.

This only change I've made is just having updated to iOS 6.1.3.

Anybody else notice this?

are you sure rotation lock is off? have you tried to do a restore? if those don't work, then there is a possibility your phone's acceleromter is broken (or whatever the sensor is to detect the orientation of your device)

Rotation lock is off, and my accelerometer works fine in any other app, just not safari. :/
