I'm still on 6.0.1 but I am worried that updating my iPhone 4S and iPad 2 will make the device suck.

So is it worth upgrading too?

Been running each of the 6.1 betas since the start on my 4S, all the way up to GM. Running fine except ringtones don't seem to work right.

If anything my 4S has sped up a little since the update. The 4S is still a recent phone with a fast processor, it won't be left behind anytime soon, bear in mind that 6.1 is designed to work on the iPhone 4 and even the 3GS too!

When we get to iOS 8, or 9, maybe things will start to suck on the 4S..

iOS 6.1 is defitnetly much more polished then iOS 6.0... it fixes a tons of glitches and bugs across all iOS products compatible with 6.1... Hell it improved the performance of my i5, same thing with 4S and 4
