My 6+ will very frequently not rotate the screen. I often have to sleep it and unlock again before the screen will be the correct orientation. And then it still won't rotate "live" for a while.

Anybody else having this issue?

I am actually having this issue sometimes. Once in awhile it will be upside down and I can't it to reorientate without sleep/waking it. Wonder if it's software related.

My gut says software too, which is why I haven't taken it in yet.

I actually started a thread about this a couple of days ago. But since doing the software update, I have not had it happen. Fingers crossed.

Have the same issue, it's definitely a software issue. When it happens to me, which is often, this fixes it every time:

1) Have the app misbehaving open
2) Hold the power button down until the slide to power down slide shows up. Let go of the power button.
3) With that slide showing, hold down the home button until the screen flickers and the app closes. Now re-open the app and the gyro will be working again.

Hope this helps.
