iPhone 6(S)/Plus 6+ Camera issues

The camera on my 6+ is super shaky and abruptly changes the view (it's hard to explain tbh).
Thing is that I haven't found a similar description online so I'm not sure if replacing the camera will work?
The phone itself only has minor wear issues so it's not the lens or anything.
If I would replace camera does the OIS motor get replaced as well?

If I just replace the iSight camera this should go away or?
Idk if it's the motor or not and whether or not it's the motor is integrated into the camera.

It's integrated with the camera and a camera module replacement includes the OIS motor.

Your video suggests OIS failure.
