From Intel? You'd better stock up on liquid nitrogen.
From AMD? I guess Apple will also announce they're open sourcing MacOS, iOS, iPad OS, etc...
With ARM? I don't think it'll happen this year.
Likely, the next MacBook Pro 14" (I think it'll have to be 14") will have a primary 8-core ARM chip taking over for T2 and a low-power Intel x86 dual-core chip to handle legacy stuff. That way, Apple can be lazy and we'll still technically have full backwards-compatibility. In fact, if Apple goes that route, they can even introduce that MacBook pretty soon...
