As stated, when unlocking my 6 Plus, I find that it's on landscape mode more often than not. It's quite annoying and has remained persistent through the various iOS 8 and 9 versions, including the GM and 9.1 and both on restores and clean installs.
Is this an actual hardware issue since it's really tough to actually replicate it on command.... If I can get it replaced, I'd take it to the Genius Bar, but I don't want to look like an idiot if it doesn't manifest itself during the visit.
