So I have a 6 Plus with 10.3.3. A few months ago my phone began reloading web pages constantly. If I restart, the problem goes away for a little while, but it comes back, usually within a few hours. The phone will also lag, apps will sometimes crash when scrolling, web views will turn white, freezing the app, and the phone generally becomes unusable. Today, I've noticed a new kind of crash where I'll get the spinner and then it'll go to the springboard.

A few weeks ago I restored the phone and the problem went away for a few days, but then it came back. I have had Apple Support run a remote diagnostic, but they found nothing, and wanted me to do a restore without applying my backup, which I reeealy don't want to do, and was wondering if anyone had any less destructive suggestions to try first. I have been contemplating trying the iPhone 11 Public Beta as a "hail mary" option, but that would come with its own problems.
