any ideas folks? After I press the unlock, sometimes my phone works, other times the screen is faded or with little contrast and the touch and home buttons are inoperative. Sometimes I can relocate and u lock right away and then it is fine. Not sure if it's a hardware or software problem. Runnin 9.1, happened since starting with the first 9 iOS. Have used the hard reset and even a "factory reset" with no luck.
