does anyone have a link to a video showing the two new phones doing the same thing side by side and which one loads faster?

There is no point. I fixit tear down confirmed the A8 in both is the same. The exact same. Even if one video shows X loading faster than Y, I promise another could show the opposite. It's the EXACT SAME.

Since they both have the same CPU, GPU, and RAM, the 6 should be slightly faster because the 6 plus renders everything at a slightly higher resolution.

6+ CPU is clocked higher than the 6 due to easier thermal management properties (larger surface area). As a result, the 6+ consistently offers slightly more performance than the 6. See Geekbench results for further proof of this.

They are the same besides.

Different clock speeds.

Different screen resolution.

And one has downscaling.

Yeah that's "all" totally not going to make them perform differently.

the clockspeed is the same . if you are going to link me the macworld review they made a mistake. all benchmarks have them as the same cpu clock

the iPhone 6 and iPhone 6 Plus are running the same processor, but at different clock speeds. Presumably, the clock-speed difference is tied into battery-life or heat concerns, or both. The iPhone 6’s A8 processor runs at 1.2GHz, while the iPhone 6 Plus clocks in at 1.39GHz, according to GeekBench. Both phones appear to have the same 1GB of memory as last year’s devices.
