iTunes - SHow album artwork on desktop?

I saw some pictures of people's desktop showing the artowrk of what they are playing on itunes on their desktop. How do you go about doing this?

I use a Yahoo widget called iTunes Companion (http://widgets.yahoo.com/widgets/itunes-companion). You'll need to install the Yahoo Widget engine. There are Mac and PC versions, which is mainly why I use it. It has been years since I installed it, but I believe it was free.
