Stupid incessant error message

Somehow, recently a new error message has popped up that won't go away no matter how many times I click "OK." That means I can't modify my network settings. Does anyone know how to make it go away?

Things I've tried:
1) Clear error logs with Onyx
2) Throw away com.apple.networkConfig.plist
3) Repaired permissions
4) fsck -fy

have you installed any programs that you gave admin priviledges to, before this problem began?

Thanks, that did the trick. Instead of logging in to a secondary account, I used Firewire Target Disk Mode.
