Not sure if this is the right section, so apologies...

I've an ATV4 fully up to date software wise

I've also 608 purchased movies; but when I'm trying to select one to watch (say Lethal Weapon 2 as an example); it's asking me to buy it at £7.99; when I already own all 4 of that series and they're in my 'Purchased Movies'...

I've reset the ATV, signed out and signed back in again, swapped HDMIs, rebooted the router and all that; still having the same issue...

Can anyone offer any advice before I speak with Apple Customer Support tomorrow?

Cheers

If Lethal Weapon 2 was part of a package, or the movie you purchased was, that is probably why it is saying you have to pay. If you want to play Lethal Weapon 2, then you need to look under your purchases for that exact purchase.

You're not understanding

I've PURCHASED 608 movies; the Lethal Weapon mention was an example of one of the 608 films I've purchased

Normally; on my Apple TV4 in Movies, My Purchased; I'd select the film and then simply press 'Play'; but that's not showing, it's stating a price and asking for it to be purchased again...

Does that make sense?

It's happening with EVERY one of the 608 movies that have been purchased

Absolutely positive; it's only me in the household that has an iCloud/Apple account etc... It's my ATV and there's only my wife & I in the house

I believe it may have been the same for everyone, Store listings showed as not owning anything however everything was still watchable in the ATV App Library.
It was however fixed within an hour of me noticing the same issue on my iPhone via the iTunes Store app.
