Hi,

I have a 18' 13"MBP and as usual an original 61W Charger.

After looking in my system infos / about my mac - i can see under "power" that there is only 60W. Is this normal?

Yes, this is perfectly normal. 60w charges the battery, and there is always some ‘left over’ for communication with the SMC to negotiate charge rates etc. As long as the laptop is actually charging, you have nothing to worry about

Works fine. I am even charging my 2018 15" with a 30W USB-C PD charger that is part of a charger that has one USB-C PD and 4 USB-A.

It is just charge slower when the MBP is idle and if you hammer on the MBP while charging will slowly lose charge.

The "61W" is more to differentiate the updated charger model than an actual change in spec, as USB C spec has a change point after 60W so a true 61W would technically be a different category charger
