I am wondering if there is an app, or a apple script, or keyboard shortcut that will eject all external hard drives?

I have 3 external hard drives attached to my MBP at my home office, and I am tired of having to go back to my desktop, select all, right click and eject. Is there any way to eject all with a keyboard short cut or apple script?

Ejector, which I use and works fine with Leopard, puts a drop down menu on the menubar for ejecting/unmounting discs and devices, including a command for 'Eject All'.

Very handy. No switching to Finder to eject discs, no messing around.

Not a short cut as such but in your sidebar there should be a little eject icon next to each drive. Clicking each of them should take no more than 3 seconds. :)
