What is the relaunch process showing up in activity monitor? It shows up in activity monitor and is using by far the most virtual memory at 34.85 gb, says 64-bit next to it.

As has been stated many times on this forum, just because an application lists 34.85GBs of virtual memory does not mean it is using it. It is just the theoretical maximum that the application could use.

I got lucky with my Google search and hit this version tracker page and downloaded Sparkle to check the name of the relaunch helper...
