I need help, what will come first...there have been several rumors regarding a boosted iphone to 32...I was wondering what you think will come first

Sometime next year. They want to reap the riches of the economy during the holiday rush before putting out more expensive components.

I want a 64gb ipod touch. I'm broke at this moment so hopefully it will come out in the future. If not I would still be happy with a 32gb.
