All was great, up until about 3pm, I was happily playing Angry Birds and using the new multitasking in and out of texting etc.
Then when I had completed the game, came out and then it happened, about a quarter of an inch up from the bottom a whole row of dead pixels!
Heart sunk, rebooted, let it cool, still the same.

Its a little odd as they arent all black or white, the left starts off black and as the line goes to the right it is the opposite colour of the background kind of like an XOR.

Gutted.

Damn. That sucks man I'm sorry. Let Apple know and they will get you a new one as soon as they can...

Apple will replace this, just bring it to an Apple store, or call Apple customer support!

That looks to be in the same place that the yellow line appears.

Yeah it is, and its in exactly the same place as the line that seperates the text messages thread view from the bottom panel.
ie. If I view the sms thread view I cant even see the faulty line... very odd.

Perhaps multitasking to sms and forcing it into drawing the new screen broke it while playing the game?

Hope this is not a bug in the graphics software that will manifest and break more hardware.

My nearest genius bar is 60 miles away, pain.
