64GB 4S Black - Washed Out Colors

Anyone have a phone that also has washed out colors? Almost like it's blurry or you need to wipe off the screen but obviously, there's nothing on it? My phone seems to be like this. Compared to my 4, it's noticeably washed out. Colors do not pop. Everything else is fine though.
