And DIRECTV NOW offers HBO (Go) for $5. So for me I saved an additional $10 by dropping HBO Now. So bottom line it is costing me a NET $75 for 3 months TV + 32gb Apple TV. Really good deal.

Did the same thing, just for the 3 month period though. I needed an ATV, so it was a no brainer, plus the HBO price like you said

I sold both of my Roku units on EBay, picked up the 32GB ATV4 unit via the DirecTV Now promo and got the 64GB ATV4 today with the Best Buy sale. Works for me!

Yes. One is in my living room and the other in my bedroom. I don't see the need for 64GB over 32GB with the Apple TV, but for that kind of discount it made sense to grab the one from Best Buy.
