iPod 6G iPod Swap

Hey,

I just got a 5.5Gen 30GB iPod Video about a month ago when I bought my 2.4GHZ 15" Macbook Pro. I'm wondering if, when these new iPods come out, I'll be able to swap mine out with Apple for the new gen, seeing as they're so closely released. I've heard for Apple doing this with Computers.

Is there any kind of history as far as these things go? Anything I could say or do to increase my chances of successfully swapping?
