edit: yikes title botched, hopefully mods can connected the double concerned.

someone said or someone read apple told MobileSyrup its 2GB, we expect it's 2GB by now and sincerely hope after 5,5s,6/6+ staying on 1GB, leaked suspicious geek bench showed 1GB but with a seriously high clocked A proc, it seemed fake. authentic-ish geek bench leaked showing 2GB.

I think these tweets reveal all:

Steven T-S retweeted them, who always analyzes new iOS/OS X code and looks for spoilers within them.

This also is consistent with Adobe leaking iPad pro having 4GB of ram, and Apple TV 4 devs getting a specs sheet showing 2GB of RAM.

If a set top box outdoes Apple's main cash cow for memory, someone is in trouble long term or even extended short term. I dunno who, but someone, be it the consumer, CEO, and/ or engineer.

on a related now, now I'm seriously considering getting a 6S+ over 6+

I've been in the computer business for 40 years - and if there is one truth all those decades - there is never such a thing as enough or too much RAM.

When I bought my first personal computer - an Apple II - I ordered it with 16k - the most you could put in - the dealer was shocked that I'd want that much.
