SO I just read tonight that a Italian exploit developer Luca Todesco tweeted that if everything goes smoothly, he’ll release an iOS 8.4.1 jailbreak“soon-ish.”

Apple could stop signing this firmware anyday now. I'm wondering if a immediate downgrade would be an option tomorrow on delivery day just in case iOS 9 jailbreak is further out than we all think.

I know there isn't a 8.4.1 firmware build available for the 6S but I'm wondering could the iPhone 6 firmware be used in this case?

No, you will never be able to put 8.4.1 on a 6s. iDevice firmware can only be used on the exact specific device it's made for.

Sadly not. You'll just have to wait for the jailbreak to come out for the 6S and 6S Plus.

Why would you want to downgrade do 8.4.1? That just doesn't make sense.

So you would want to run an OS without proper drivers and not have new features like Force Touch or enabling 4k?

What a terrible idea.
