6s freeze after unlock screen

HI Guy

I have a problem on 6s 128gb.
From first time that I turn on my 6s, every long time to stand by phone, after the unlock screen, there is a freeze of 2-3 seconds,and after everything K!
I had done 2 dfu mode and i have last iOS 9.1!
I had reed that many people have this problem.
have you same problem?
How I can solve it?

Clean install, no backup. Some people have reported that the freezing goes away after a couple of days but if it persists then take your phone back and get it replaced.

i don't install never the backup, because i' have only 20 apps, and i' don't have problem to install all as new phone!
many people say that it is a software problem, now after quite a months, i don't believe !

Maybe you should return it for another as you have reported problem after problem with your phone. If I were that unhappy I would be returning it!
