6s keeps randomly waking up?

For the past few days, my phone has just started waking up at (seemingly) random intervals.

It will be sitting on my desk, locked and screen off and all of a sudden the "Touch ID or Enter Passcode" screen will appear for no apparent reason.

When I unlock the device, there is no notifications or anything?

Any ideas what could be causing this?

I think I've seen this a few times too since the last iOS update.

Same for my 6 plus it occurs one in awhile. I might have it in front of me and the screen will turn on prompting slide to unlock. It seems like a call os about to come in but it doesnt
