6S Plus beep when making a call

Brand new 6S Plus, I tried to make a call to see if the phone was activated and the phone makes an audible beep, it sounds a little like a chirp as soon as the call starts.
Anyone experience this before?
 
If the plastic is still on your phone then remove it.
