I have a 64G 6s and I did an in iCloud restore from a 64G 6. I some how have almost an extra 15g that weren't available before. The only thing I can see that is using substantially less is my photos which were 10.1 down too 500mb and no photos are missing. Has anyone noticed anything similar?

Apps like to keep a lot of crap, when you do an iCloud backup/restore it's not an exact data clone. If you're coming from an older iPhone it could be a lot of data that gets cleaned out.
