i just got a "doesn't turn on" 6s Plus iphone.
immediate thoughts are battery and screen assembly issues.
and while i have a stash of 6s parts - screens, batteries, components, etc. - i don't have any spares for 6s Plus.
Can i....
1) connect the 6s Plus screen to a working 6s base to see if the 6s Plus LCD works?
2) connect a 6s screen to the 6s Plus base to see if the 6s Plus can power up?
3) connect a 6s battery to the 6s Plus base to see if if there are any issues with the 6s Plus battery connector/power chain?
4) connect the 6s Plus battery to a good 6s base to see/verify if the 6s battery is good?

obviously this is just for testing purposes and once i identify the 6s Plus parts i need i'll get them and rebuild the 6s Plus with those.
i'd like to presume that between the 6s and 6s Plus the only real difference is physical size - all the core components and connectors are the of the same type. does anyone know if this is true or false?

Thanks
