Can someone help me please!

2.5 years ago i bought the iPhone 4 worked fine, carrier read fine etc. (never unlocked)

fast forward, did some damage my fault., did the trade-in/replace + $150 at the apple store. Boom-- new phone, worked fine! Sim card was able to read, iOS7 installed fine, carrier updates worked fine, everything was swell with no unlock.

one month later (LITERALLY) after receiving a brand spankin new iPhone, it was glitchy, touch was malfunctioning, colors inverted. Faulty phone. Called apple support, new phone was awaiting for me because I didn't surpass 90 days. EZPZ.

so on my third iPhone 4, updated to iOS7.0.2 in store via genius bar employee. T-mobile sim was able to read fine with no unlock necessary. Internet worked, imsg worked, picture msging worked, etc etc. Everything worked fine.

This is where **** hits the fan: I update to 7.0.3 because god forbid the horrendous motion sickness flaw. Rebooted, blah blah, phone was no longer in service. However, i was still able to be reached via imsg/phone number.

Called apple support, they told me to restore (did a restore 3 times just to make sure), now I'm completely locked out, everything wiped from my phone.

So by now, its like a brand new week old phone again. Reactivated via sim from the apple store, still unable to get connection. Phone reads INVALID SIM and sometimes NO SERVICE. Apparently the software update has locked me with at&t 15.5 .. whatever that means. I AM NOT EVEN WITH AT&T, never have.

None of the geniuses were able to help me 'move forward' with this issue because nobody knows how it was able to work the first week I got it and the WHOLE month before with the phone prior and prior to that one. Again… never had the phone unlocked.

Drove myself to the apple store 2 times, chatted the online techs 3 times, called customer support 3 times, even went to at&t (they did nothing helpful), and finally went back to t-mobile where they also did nothing helpful.

Now Apple has wasted my life six more times than they should have. Lots of online customers have this issue as well. I guarantee that if I am issued another phone that this problem will cease to exist because either the IMEI number was transferred incorrectly or SOMETHING is wrong.

None of the geniuses can explain to me why my phone was working all those times when I got my phone directly from them, and no one can explain the problem to me now.

SOMEONE HELP!
