So far, all we have are Apple's release notes:

Bug fixes and improvements, including a fix for an issue that causes FaceTime calls to fail for some users.

[MOD NOTE]
Stop the bickering.

The off topic posts were removed.

7.0.4 does NOT fix the camera app bug that causes HDR to be turned off when the OS closes the app to increase available memory.

This disappoints me.

A pointless thread maybe. It's only a minor bug fix release.
Then this thread simply won't have many posts. But, in case someone does come across something that is different in iOS 7.0.4, seems like a good place to have a collection of those things (whether or not it ends up being a large or a small list).

I am noticing that touch id is working much faster. It reads my finger right away.

Looks like yahoo mail bug is fixed. After reading emails always showed there was an unread email unless I went back into email again and refreshed. Now it goes away after emails are read

It is not only FaceTime fix, as u can see in release notes ,INCLUDE FACETIME FIX, so they address some other issue as well.

Please share us your wisdom and tell us what else they fixed.
Still plenty of bugs to find in ios wich haven't been fixed yet.

Even if they fix some bugs, bugs will always be present in software.

The worse case scenario is that you fix some bugs , but because you fix this, you created some new bugs.

The software will never be bug free, even if you have ridiculous amount of money. Maybe less bugs but not bug-free software.

:):)

That's what a thread like this one would be for--to see what changes people might come across that weren't specifically called out in the release notes.

They also fixed an issue with the app store regarding authorizations.

That security fix might have even been the main driver beind getting iOS 7.0.4 out to the public.

I haven't noticed any speed improvement for the iPhone 4, but still looking forward to it.
Remembering that 7.0.3 just made the notification center springboard downswipe silky smooth again

New feature:

All animations on iPad3 are smooth, including rotating landscape to portrait. :D Finally back in ios6 territory.
