iPad 7.0.4 Retina Mini Respring, Cydia Icon Gone

My Retina Mini had a Respring and after it came back up, I noticed cydia is gone. All my mods are still installed and I can get to Cydia through Safari, only the icon is gone. How can I get it back? Thanks.

That was the first thing I tried.

Found a work around for now. Installed AppTray which adds a pane to notification center where I can add all jaibreak apps there.

I restored my iPad to my backup from yesterday and got Cydia and all my JB app icons back.
