Why would you want to? 7.0.6 was just a small patch really. 7.0.4 will not be signed anymore.

well my battery is going down quickly. took a 10 min call and the 5% down and its getting heated very quickly more than usual.

yesterday updated OTA and later reset and restored.

Apple likely stopped signing 7.0.4 rather quickly after releasing the new security update.

7.0.6 is fixing a serious flaw in security, so it's just not a small patch as you thought!

It's fixing a serious flaw but it is in fact just a small patch in the sense of what is changed to fix that flaw (and what caused it to begin with).

Why updating to 7.0.6 if you can just install SSLPatch and fix the security problem??? Thats probably ok for people that doesnt want to jailbrake their phone.

Because you have to jailbreak to do that.

So, if you are jailbroken and if you just install the Sslpatch then it is exactly the same as updating to 7.0.6?

It might be.. But why would you want some developer mess with such an important thing, when you can just jb 7.0.6 again?
