I don't think so. There is no reason to install iOS 7.1.1. iOS 7.1.2 is better.

That is weird that 7.1.1 is still being signed. But unless there's a major bug you're experiencing with 7.1.2, there's no reason to stay on it. Both 7.1.1 and 7.1.2 can be jailbroken as well.
