7.1 b2 unlock animation

Can someone comment on the unlock animation for 7.1b2? I am not seeing anyone talking about its speed, only the speed of opening folders and apps. Is the unlock animation also significantly faster in 7.1? Thanks.

It seems to be the same to me. But the other animations appear to be faster, well at least to me.

I have noticed no difference in turning on any of my iOS devices. But then I also don't have a chronometer in one hand as I turn on a device with the other.
