This is the first time I have ever thought of returning a new iPhone.

:-(

Am I the only one having difficulty with Call Quality?

Doesn't happen all of the time but when it does I will usually have quite a bit of signal.

At first I thought it was a Bluetooth issue, but switching to the handset makes no difference.

The other side can hear me just fine, but at my end the other person will sound garbled and barely intelligible.

This has happened to me with callers on land lines, mobile phones, or iPhones.

Sporadic reports of poor phone call quality on Iphone 7, may be linked to Verizon

I have people comment that I am crystal clear, the sound coming into my phone is the same crystal clear.
Try a hard reboot or reset network settings.

I'm good. I actually noticed significantly better quality than usual. Makes me think my 6s was defective lol.
