7+ thin silicon case suggestions?

i have a matte black 7+ And while I usually don't case my phones, I find taking this thing out of my pocket in my small hands can be precarious.

I'm looking for a super thin case for the sake of grip.

Apple silicone is my favorite. I have had one on every iPhone. I like it more than the Apple leather.

I'm waiting on the Caudabe Sheath. It's made of a silicone-like material but is thinner than the Apple case. I had it on my 6s and absolutely loved it.
