While having lunch with her grandmother, a 17 year old girls iPhone was stolen by what is presumed to be a 7 year old girl.
The girl seems to have been directed to steal the phone by the older women that are sitting with her at the table.
The 4 women and 1 child walked into the restaurant and later separated into two groups. As soon as the phone had been stolen they left without ordering anything.
This was filmed on a phone as the owner of the Restaurant in Norwood South Africa let us view the CCTV footage.

Reminds me of the movie Slumdog Millionaire. If you want an insight into why this sort of thing happens I'd recommend watching it.
