iPad Pro 70 INCH 4K TV VS IPP

So Im in Sams Club and I see a 70 inch Ultra HD 4K TV for 1800.00. And I think geese the iPad Pro with 128 GB is 950.00. 32gb version is 800.00 So its 70 vs 12.9 inches...
Well we all know memory is cheap...But expensive from apple...
The TV at (1800 /70) is $25.71 per inch ... No Memory...
The IPP at (800 / 12.9 is $62 per inch... and the iPad Pro is NOT 4K...

Now I know Im comparing apples and TV's, but don't cha think for 62 dollars per inch the IPP should be at least HD 4K...??
