$700 a good price to sell my 13" 2.4ghz White MacBook?

I have someone interested to buy it for $700. It's a 2.4ghz, 2gb Ram, 160gb Hard Drive, 13" white MacBook. I've been wanting to sell it and get a unibody macbook, and now is the time. But is $700 good for me? THanks
