iPhone 3g not connecting to Wifi

Hi,

My battery ran completely down yesterday and since i've recharged it, it refuses to pick up any wifi networks.

I'm a network engineer so i know it's not my kit as i have several other devices on the network.

The iphone just keeps scanning for networks and doesn't go any further.

Have done a search and found several posts, but no solution.

I have done a complete reset and that made no difference.

when you say complete reset, you mean you wiped everything in your iPhone and restored from itune?
