Correct me if I am wrong but it looks like I am eligible for "an early iPhone upgrade" right now for the prices listed in the pic below.

(These are the prices that show up when I go to check out online.)

But after 07/14/2009 I SHOULD be eligible for a "standard iPhone upgrade for the prices listed below.

Correct me if I am wrong, but this seems to be what the case is.

Yes.

The "early iPhone upgrade" on or after (for you) 7/14/2009 means you pay $99, $199 or $299 plus the standard $18 upgrade fee

If you were to buy it anytime from June 19-July 13, you would pay $299, $399, or $499 plus a $75 early upgrade fee.

Well that isn't bad at all then! Eligible for full subsidization after only 1-year! And all my secondary line on my family are eligible for half subsidized price now. (They can't get standard upgrade until March of 2010 and they bought their phones early July 09)

Additionally I don't see the $75 you speak of. There is a double $18 charge..

That's what I was told by AT&T both on the phone and in store. I had thought that $18 was the standard fee, so I don't know if they are wrong or what.

I do know that that double $18 "upgrade" fee and $18 "activation" fee is a glitch. You're only paying the upgrade fee.
