Former Apple Sr. VP Rubenstein named CEO of Palm

That would be Rubinstein, not Rubenstein...

Palm thinks this is what it's going to take to take on the Bit Hitters?
Seriously, he may be very good and business savvy, but Apple has a coherent vision, largely due to to Steve's handing - for better or worse. I hope he does well, but Palm will never have the vision and drive that Apple has. Or even Microsoft, I don't think.
and besides, I'm betting Rubenstein doesn't have near the Reality Distortion Field Jobs has got.
