Iphone 3GS Full Retail Price

Hi-
What is the full retail price of the Iphone 3Gs 16/32. Becuase I know that discounted price was 199/299 and then I thought that it was an additional 200 as did many blogs to make it 399/499 but I then thought I saw that people were saying it was 599/699? What is the story?

it depends on how much your monthly bill is and if it is paid on time and stuff.

I think if your bill is over $100 you get the 499/499 price
