Heaven or Hell
When making Jpegs for my website,
will you get better looking photos
if you make a 240 DPI Jpeg VS. a 72 DPI Jpeg ??

also, is there a file size difference between
a 72 dpi jpeg and a 240 dpi jpeg ??

maybe somebody has a good link expaining DPI - PPI vs, FileSize and Pixels ??

thanks!

On the web, DPI isn't relevant. Web pages almost invariably display an image in terms of absolute size in pixels (say, 240 pixels by 480 pixels). You don't specify an image's display based on inches (or centimeters, or whatever).

It's different than print. In print, you size an image in inches (or centimeters). Then you decide on the dot density of the image. That's when DPI matters - in print.
