Help, my whitebook is sleeping and waking up

hi recently my white santa rosa macbook started sleeping and waking up randomly, it doesent do this when its plugged in though the battery was under 20% but i always use it like this so this is a brand new problem any ideas?

im going away soon and i NEED this computer for the trip.

Try resetting your SMC. There are several threads on this as well. Give it a search first.
